We pride ourselves on delivering fresh, handpicked Flowers arranged with care and creativity. Each bouquet is designed using seasonal blooms, which may vary slightly from images due to availability, but we ensure that the look, feel, and value remain consistent.
2. Delivery Policy

Local Delivery: We offer hand-delivery within a 15 km radius of our store to ensure quality and freshness.

Extended Delivery: For locations beyond 15 km (within Navi Mumbai & Mumbai), we use third-party courier services such as Porter or WeFast.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transit by third-party delivery partners, especially for delicate arrangements. Delivery mode may vary depending on the type of bouquet selected.
3. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.

However, if you receive a bouquet that is damaged, incorrect, of poor quality, or incomplete, please contact us immediately at +91 9137996948

For quick resolution, kindly provide clear photos within 1–2 hours of receiving the order.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Same-day or urgent deliveries are non-refundable once confirmed, as preparation begins immediately.

We accept Online payments via UPI and Net banking.
