We offer hand-delivery of flower bouquets within a 15 km radius of our location to ensure freshness and quality.
For deliveries beyond 15 km, we partner with trusted third-party courier services for locations within Navi Mumbai and Mumbai.
Please note:

Responsibility for delivery beyond 15 km lies with the courier service, and while we take utmost care in packaging, we cannot be held liable for any damage incurred during transit.

The mode of delivery may vary based on the type and fragility of the bouquet selected.
We recommend choosing hand-delivery for delicate or premium floral arrangements whenever possible to ensure the best presentation and condition.
Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

To help us serve you better, we recommend sharing photos of the product within half n hour of delivery, wherever possible.
